Welcome to The Groom Room at Natural Dog Co — a small, friendly grooming salon where your pet always comes first. We work on a strict 1:1 basis, meaning your dog or cat has our full attention from the moment they arrive to the moment you collect them. We never use cages and we take pride in making every groom a calm, positive experience.

All prices are from and are priced depending on your dog's size. Exact pricing for your breed is available when you book online. If your dog's coat is well maintained between grooms and you attend regular appointments suited to your dog's coat type, additional grooming time & extra fees are not generally required. Additional charges may apply for matting, excess grooming time due to coat condition, if you have booked your dog into the wrong size category or late collection — please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Flexible Payments
We understand that grooming is an important part of your pet's care, so we offer flexible instalment payments to help spread the cost.
- A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment
- Once your deposit is paid, you are welcome to pay any amount towards your balance in store or over the phone at any time before your appointment
- The full balance must be cleared prior to collection of your pet

Managing Your Booking
Your appointment is fully manageable online via your booking confirmation email. Changes and cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment are completely free of charge.
